United States of America: Antidumping investigation of stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan
Description
In a petition filed on March 31, 2011, the Clariant Corporation seeks the imposition of antidumping duties on imports into the United States of stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan.
The U.S. International Trade Commission reached an affirmative determination in its preliminary injury investigation on May 16, 2011. As a consequence, the case now proceeds to the preliminary antidumping investigation by the Department of Commerce.
