Turkey: Antidumping duty on ballpoint pens of plastic with liquid ink from China to continue
Description
On November 12, 2009 Turkey decided to continue the antidumping duty imposed on ballpoint pens of plastic with liquid ink from China. Communiqué no. 2009/35 was issued on behalf of the Turkish Under-secretary of Foreign Trade. The rationale given for this decision was a risk of recurrence of dumping and injury.
