Turkey decided on August 5, 2009 that revoking of existing anti-dumping duties on imports of polyvinyl chloride suspension grade (PVC-S) from the USA, Germany, Italy and Romania may lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The duty will therefore remain in place and its amount unchanged at 25 or 45 USD/ton.
