South Africa:Continuation of anti-dumping duty on hexagon bolts and nuts originating in or imported from China
Description
The International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa has recommended the continuation of anti-dumping duty on hexagon bolts and nuts orginating in or imported from the People's Republic of China, effective 6 May 2011. This was based on the conclusion that expiry of the anti-dumping duty will likely lead to the contiuation or recurrence of dumping and the continuation of material injury to the SACU industry.
However, the expiry of anti-dumping duties on bolts manufactured by Ningbo Jinding Piece Company Limited would not likely lead to the contiuation or recurrence of dumping.
