The Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed a ruling (the Government Decree # 339 of 5 May 2011) to introduce state subsidies to reimburse the import tariffs and VAT to juridical persons and companies who participate in the project "Skolkovo" (the main modernization project of Russia).
