Russian Federation: Restrictions on export of precious metals and gems

Description

The Decree No. 1173 from the Russian Government regulates the exports and imports of precious metals and gems. Traders are allowed to export only if they supply a sufficient amount to the State Reserves. Belarus and Kazakhstan (Custom Union members) are exempted from the application of this measure.
