Russian Federation: Export ban on certain grains

Description

By the Government Decree # 599 from 5 August 2010, the Russian Federation bans exports of wheat (HS 1001), barley (HS 1003), rye (1002), maize (1005), and wheat flour (1101) from 15 August till 31 December 2010. This measure is caused by the emergency situation connected with abnormal heat and drought in summer 2010 in the territory of Russia.
