Russia: Temporary reduction of export tariff on soya beans
Description
The Russian Government (Decision # 408 from 2 May 2012) has temporary reduced export tariffs (outside Customs Union) on soya beans (HS 1201) from 20 percept to 5 percent of export value but not less than 8.5 Euros per 1 tonne from 2 May 2012 until 30 September 2012.
