Description

By the Government decree #727 from 14 September 2010 the Federal Government of the Russian Federation has allocated up to 2 billion rubles (approx. 50 million Euros) from its budget in 2010 as compensation for the transportation of grain and wheat products through the territory of the Russian Federation at a special price.
