Russia: Public procurement price advantage to domestic producers
Description
The Decree of the Russian Economic Development Ministry from 5 December 2008 # 427 has given preferences to domestic producers setting 15% price advantage until 31 December 2010 in the procurement of certain products such as agricultural products, services in agricultural sector, food, textiles, cloth, leather, footwear, metal products, machinaries, medical equipment, watches, autos and others.
