Russia: Government Procurement preferences to domestic car producers
Description
The Ministry of Industry and Trade decree # 332 from 27 April 2010 sets a list of the domestic producers of cars which fall under the government subsidy programme to certain states of the Russian Federation indicated in the Government Decree from 31 December 2009 # 1184. The programme provides subsidies to the states of the Russian Federation to buy cars from the domestic producers in 2010. The budget of the programme is 10 billion rubles (aprox. 250 million Euros).
