Russia: Elimination of Export tariff on cement
Description
By the Russian Government Decree from 12 October 2010 # 803, the Russian Federation introduces the elimination of the export tariff on cement (HS 2523) from the territory of the Russian Federation to the territories outside the Customs Union.
