Russia: Amendment to Law on Special Economic Zones
Description
The Russian Federation amended its Law on Special Economic Zones (by the Federal Law 340-FZ from 25 December 2009) to
(i) reduce the minimum investment threshold,
(ii) widen the list of permitted business activities, and
(iii) simplify land acquisition and administration procedures.
