Philippines: Extension of safeguard measure on imports of Figured Glass

Description

 On January 13, 2010 the Philippine authorities extended the safeguard measures on imports of figured glass (HS Code 7003) for four years. The investigation was initiated on September 8, 2009.
The primary investigation on safeguard measures initiated on April 16, 2003 and was prolonged on June 21, 2006.
