Pakistan: Pre-shipment inspection requirement on used buses
Description
As confirmed by the Permanent Delegation of Pakistan to the WTO, the government of Pakistan has introduced a pre-shipment inspection requirement on used buses. The new rule, effective since 16 May 2011, targets imported vehicles that are more than 3 years old and have a capacity of 40 passengers or more.
