New Zealand: Continued antidumping duty on peaches originating from Greece following review
Description
On July 3, 2009 the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development issued a Notice of Completion of Review and Initiation of Reassessment in Respect of Anti-Dumping Duties on Canned Peaches from Greece. It stated that the risk of dumping recurrence is high and that the duty will again be imposed. The level of this duty is however to be established in the coming months. Parallely, the countervailing duty on the same product has been eliminated.
