Kazakhstan: Introduction of export ban on certain agricultural products

Description

By the Customs Union Commission decision from 14 October 2010 #425, the Custom Union takes into consideration the fact that the Government of Kazakhstan introduces a 6 months ban on exports of certain agricultural products buckwheat (HS 1008), soya beans (HS 1201), sunflower seed oil (HS 1512), soya oil ( HS 1507) and others. The Kazakh Government Decree is from 5 October 2010 # 1024. 
The Government of Kazakhstan also asks Belarus and Russian Federation to consider the introduction of this measure at the entire territory of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
