Indonesia: Initiation of safeguard investigation on the imports of Mackerel
Description
On January 27, 2012, the Republic of Indonesia initiated a safeguard investigation on the imports of Mackerel, excluding fillets, livers and roes, fresh or chilled, or frozen under HS codes 0302.6400 and 0303.7400.
On 1 March 2012, the Investigating Authority proposed to the Indonesian Government the imposition of a safeguard measure in the form of a specific safeguard duty.
