India: Termination without measures of safeguard investigation on coated paper and paper board
Description
On April 20, 2009 the government of India initiated a safeguard investigation on coated paper and paper board. Four days later, on April 24, 2009 the preliminary affirmative decision that injury occured was taken. On November 13, 2009 the Government of India took the decision to terminate the investigation without imposing any measures.
