India: Preliminary safeguard measures on Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide)

Description

 On August 20, 2009 the Government of India initated a safeguard investigation on imports of Caustic Soda and imposed on December 4, 2009 preliminary safeguards. On April 9, 2010 an affirmative final injury decision was taken but no final measures are yet in place.
