India: Initiation of New Shipper Review of antidumping duty imposed on imports of presensitized positive offset aluminium plates (PS Plates) from Bulgaria, China, Malaysia, Singapore and the Republic of Korea

On January 8, 2010, India has initiated a New Shipper review of Anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of Pre-sensitized Positive Offset Aluminium plates on the request of M/s Kodak (China PR) Graphic Communications Company Ltd. The period of review will be October 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010.
