India: Final China-specific safeguard duty on imports of aluminium flat rolled products and aluminium foil

Description

On June 19, 2009 India introduced a final China-specific safeguard duty on imports of aluminium flat rolled products and aluminium foil. The investigation was initiated on January 27, 2009 and a preliminary duty imposed on March 23, 2009. The final safeguard will remain in force until March 23, 2011. The provisional duty remains are effective for 200 days.
