EC: Unlimited duty-free access for Norwegian non-alcoholic beverages for the year 2012
Description
On 14 December 2011 the European Commission published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU No 1304/2011) announcing the withdrawal of the temporary suspension of the duty-free regime for the year 2012 of certain goods originating in Norway. The products in question include waters, including mineral waters and aerated waters, containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavored (HS 2202 10 00) and other non-alcoholic beverages containing sugar, sucrose or invert sugar (HS 2202 90 10).
