EC: Initiation of antidumping investigation concerning imports of certain aluminium foil from China
Description
On 20 December 2011 the European Commission announced the initiation of an antidumping investigation concerning imports of certain aluminium foil from China.
The complaint was lodged on 9 November 2011 by the European Association of Metals (Eurometaux) which represents more than 40 %, of the total Union production of the product concerned. The complainant has provided evidence that the imports of certain aluminium foil from China has injured the EU industry.
