EC: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film originating in India
Description
On 13 May 2011 the European Commission imposed a definitive antidumping duty concerning imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film originating in India. The dumping margins vary from 3,7 % to 29,3 % (see source).
According to the EC, an expiry of the countervailing duty on PET film originating in India, on 9 March 2011, required an adjustment of antidumping duty rates.
