EC: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of fatty alcohols originating in India, Indonesia and Malaysia
Description
On 11 November 2011 the European Commission announced definitive antidumping duties on imports of fatty alcohols from India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
On August 13, 2010 the European Commission initiated an antidumping investigation into alleged dumping of fatty alcohols and their blends originating from India, Indonesia and Malaysia. The investigation follows a complaint lodged on June 30, 2010 by two producers, Cognis GmbH and Sasol Olefins & Surfactants GmbH.
