Description

The Decision of the Comission of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan from 26 February 2010 # 196.1 has corrected import tariff for paper (HS 4810) for 9 months at the 5% level. Before, in Russia, a 15% import tariff applied.
