China: Termination of anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled stainless steel sheet and strip from Japan and the Republic of Korea

On 8 April 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM)released the Notice NO.11 (2011) announcing the termination of AD duty on cold-rolled stainless steel sheet and strip (listed under 72193100, 72193200, 72193300, 72193400, 72193500, 72199000, 72202010, 72202090 in the import tariffs of the Chinese Customs) originating from Japan the Republic of Korea since the date of the promulgation of the Notice.
On 8 April 2006, the MOFCOM announced the Notice NO.18 (2006) announced to levy AD duty on the said products listed above from Japan and the Republic of Korea. After 5 years' effective period, without any domestic company of steel industry applying for further review on the AD duty on the said products. In accordance with Chinese AD Regulations, the MOFCOM released this Notice NO.11 (2011) announcing the termination of the AD duty.
