Belarus: Temporary export ban on certain agricultural products

Description

The decision of the Commission of the Custom Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan from 20 September 2010 #403  introduces an export ban for certain agricultural products from the territory of Belarus from 15 September 2010 to 15 March 2011 due to the weather conditions which have worsened the situation with harvest.
The Government of Belarus has introduced temporary restriction on exports of rapeseed oil (HS 1514), rapeseed and flax (HS 1204.00; 1205) from 16 March 2011 to 16 September 2011 (extension).
