Belarus: Facilitation of start-ups (investments)

Description

The President Decree # 10 from 6 August 2009 established new rules for startups in Belarus for both - Belorussian and foreign investments.  Thus, investors which have an investment agreement get the following preferences: the land without auction, the tariff free and VAT free import of the equipment necessary for the startup, visa facilitation for foreign workers and others.
Those measures are aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Belarus.
