Belarus: Facilitation of exports of certain products
Description
The Ministry Council Decision #1882 from 5 December 2008 allows juridical persons and self-employed entrepreneurs to export some kinds of dairy products and rape seed oil without having to trade them at the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange.
Among other products the new procedure is applicable to milk and cream (0402), sweet butter (0405), and cheese (0406).
