Belarus: Creation of the National Agency on Investments and Privatization
Description
By the President Decree # 273 from 25 May 2010, the National Agency on Investments and Privatization was created with its main function to facilitate FDIs in Belarus. This agency will be "single window" for all investments coming to Belarus as well as the it will increase the efficiency of the privatization process going on in Belarus.
