Australia: Preliminary dumping determination on imports of silicone emulsion concrete admixtures from the United States
Description
On August 14, 2009 Australia initiated an antidumping investigation on silicone emulsion concrete admixtures from the United States.
On November 26, 2009 the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service has made an affirmative preliminary dumping determination.
On March 17, 2010 the final decision on injury was taken and the antidumping duty was established on April 14, 2010.
