Australia: Preliminary antidumping duty on imports of processed dried currants remains in place following re-investigation

Measure #0924 | Published 19 Nov 2009 ▲

Description

On November 17, 2008 Australia imposed preliminary antidumping duties on processed dried currants originating in Greece. The decision was under review within the last couple of months and on November 17, 2009 the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service finalised the re-investigation of antidumping measures and ruled that injury indeed occured and thus the antidumping measures on processed dried currants from Greece will remain in place in an unchanged form.
