Australia: Antidumping duty in relation to certain toilet paper from China and Indonesia revoked following re-investigation

Description

On July 10, 2009 Australia announced the initiation of a re-investigation of dumping findings in relation to certain toilet paper from China and Indonesia. On January 12, 2010, with the Customs Notice No. 2010/01 Australian Customs and Border Protection service announced that the investigation was completed and all antidumping measures will be revoked as "the injury experienced by Australian industry was caused more by other factors than by the dumping of the goods exported from China and Indonesia". All persons who paid the interim duty between January 1, 2009 and January 11, 2010 have the right to refund.
