Description

On November 19, 2010, the Government of Argentina adopted antidumping duties of 143% against tube or pipe fittings of iron or steel from Brazil and 295% applicable to imports of these products from China
The antidumping investigation initiated on May 14, 2009, upon request of the Argentinean enterprise DEMA S.A. The products subject to this measure are classified under the following tariff codes of MERCOSUR’s common tariff: 7307.19.10 and 7307.19.90. The measure will be in effect for 5 years.
