Argentina: Reference prices on imports of certain type of plastic builder´s ware for bathrooms and kitchens from several Asian and Latin-American countries.
Description
On June 25, 2012, the Government of Argentina adopted reference prices applicable to the importation of certain type of plastic builder´s ware for bathrooms and kitchens from several Asian and Latin-American countries.
In accordance with the Argentinean legislation, when a good subject to reference prices is imported at a lower cost, the importer shall guarantee the difference between the reference price and the value declared at customs.
The products subject to this measure are classified under the following tariff line of the MERCOSUR’s Harmonized System: 3925.90.90.
These reference prices will enter into force on June 27, 2012.
