Argentina: Reference prices on imports of certain type of cone tapered roller bearings from diverse Asian countries.
Description
On September 30, 2011, the Government of Argentina adopted reference prices applicable to the importation of certain type of cone tapered roller bearings from China and other Asian countries.
In accordance with Argentinean legislation, once a reference price is established, when a good subject to such prices is imported at a lower cost, the importer shall guarantee the difference between the reference price and the value declared at customs.
The products subject to this measure are classified under the following tariff line of the MERCOSUR’s Harmonized System: 8482.20.10.
These reference prices entered into force on September 30, 2011.
