On April 25, 2012, the Government of Argentina initiated an antidumping investigation against imports of poly (ethylene terephthalate) from China, India, Thailand, and Taiwan.
This investigation was requested by the Argentinean enterprise DAK Americas Argentina S.A.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following item of the MERCOSUR Harmonized System: 3904.10.10.
