Argentina: Definitive anti-dumping duties on organic coloring materials from China and India
Description
On January 29 2010, the Government of Argentina closed an anti-dumping investigation against imports of certain organic coloring and direct coloring materials originating from the People´s Republic of China and the Republic of India. Definitive ad valorem anti-dumping duties were established. The measure will be in effect for 5 years as of its issuance.
On September 15, 2009 Argentina issued Resolution No. 365/2009 imposing a preliminary antidumping duty on coloring materials originating from China and India in the form of a minimum FOB export price of 5.36 USD per kilogram. The duty remained in place for four months.
