Argentina announces continuation of AD duty on iron and steel laminated products from South Africa, Korea, Australia and Taiwan
Description
On November 20, 2009, Argentina closed the sunset review on imports of certain iron and steel laminated products from South Africa, Korea, Australia and Taiwan. The government found that the expiry of the AD duty would lead to continuation of dumping and injury. Therefore a specific right for all the investigated origins was established. The measure will be in effect for 3 years.
