Argentina: Adoption of Mercosur decision on exemptions to the Common External Tariff
Description
On September 28 2010, the Government of Argentina adopted changes to decision 28/09 of the Mercosur. Decision 28/09 allows Mercosur members to keep a list of exemptions to the Common External Tariff (CET) of 100 tariff positions until December 31 2011.
With Decrete 1190/2010, the government of Argentina changed import tariffs on a range of products.
