Argentina: Adoption of antidumping duties against certain woven fabrics of synthetic filament yarn from China.
Description
On July 22, 2010, the Government of Argentina adopted antidumping duties against certain woven fabrics of synthetic filament yarn from China. The measure consists of a minimum import price of $17.60 U.S. dollars per kilogram.
The antidumping investigation initiated on January 6, 2009, upon request of the producer Soltex Sociedad Anónima, Industrial Comercial, Agropecuaria.
The products subject to this measure are classified under the following tariff codes of MERCOSUR’s common tariff: 5407.61.00 and 5407.69.00.
